Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a free 6-week program for caregivers. Classes help caregivers take better care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes help caregivers improve:
– Self-care behaviours
– Emotion management
– Self-confidence
– Use of community resources
